Where does Tori Indeed ship?  We ship within the US and internationally to countries available at checkout. For international orders, we are not responsible for customs clearance, delays or compliance. Please confirm with your local customs agency to ensure that your order complies with local regulations.

What are the shipping rates? All shipping options and rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

When will my order ship? Please, allow 1-2 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.

Note, due to Covid-19 or weather increments there may be slight delays.

What happens if my order was lost or stolen? Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please inform us to that we are aware, but we strongly recommend for customers to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Appointments, consultations, interviews, or training deposits and full payments are non-refundable. Please, reschedule with 24-hour notice. Results vary.

All items listed in “Shop” are non-refundable and no exchanges.
